Tarun Ramadorai is Professor of Financial Economics at Imperial College London. He has published in a number of scholarly journals in Finance and Economics such as American Economic Review: Insights, Review of Economic Studies, Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics and Management Science.  Prior to his role at Imperial, Professor Ramadorai spent over a decade at the University of Oxford.  In addition to his academic work, Tarun has taken on several advisory roles in the area of financial regulation and policy in both India and Europe, most recently serving as the Chairman of the Inter-Regulatory Committee on Household Finance constituted by the Reserve Bank of India.

Tarun has a a PhD in Business Economics from Harvard University, an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Williams College.
