Filippos Papakonstantinou is a Senior Lecturer in Finance at King’s Business School. His papers have been published in leading journals. He was previously Assistant Professor in Finance at the Imperial College Business School. He has also taught at Harvard University, Princeton University, the University of Geneva and Queen Mary University of London. He received the Award for Excellence in Teaching at Imperial College Business School in 2011 and 2012. He has published in leading academic journals such as the Journal of Finance and Management Science.
Dr Papakonstantinou grew up in Greece and then moved to the United States to pursue undergraduate and graduate degrees. He was awarded his BA in Economics by Harvard University in 2002, then his MA and PhD in Economics by Princeton University in 2004 and 2008 respectively.
