Eduard van Gelderen, Chair AIMA Global Investor Board

Eduard van Gelderen is Head of Research of FCLTGlobal. He assumed this role at the end of 2024, after spending over six years as the Chief Investment Officer of PSP in Montreal, Canada. Prior to his role at PSP he worked for the investment office of the University of California and was CEO of APG Asset Management in the Netherlands. He started his career as an investment banker in Amsterdam and London. Over the years Eduard served on several investment advisory boards. Currently, he is on the board of Ennia Insurance in Curaçao and is the founder and co-chair of AIMA’s Global Investor Board. Over the years, Eduard pursued his academic interests as a PhD candidate at the International School of Management in Paris. He regularly publishes papers on investment related topics. He earned a master in finance at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and Asset Liability Management at the University of Maastricht. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Risk Manager.
