Memos Kotrozos is a distinguished executive in the field of Asset Management, with over 25 years of proven expertise in leading large-scale financial operations, driving strategic growth, and managing high-performing teams across Greece and international markets. His career is marked by successful leadership in managing multi-billion-euro portfolios, overseeing complex mergers and acquisitions, and spearheading restructuring initiatives that have delivered sustainable value. Since June 2024, he has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eurobank Group Asset Management, overseeing the largest organization of its kind in the region. In this role, he is responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, and long-term growth. Before assuming this position, he held dual roles as Vice Chairman and CEO of Eurobank FMC Luxembourg and General Manager of Investments & Corporate Strategy for Eurobank Group Asset Management from 2015 to 2024. During this tenure, he directed a team managing a €6 billion portfolio and earned the prestigious Best Fund Management Team award in Greece for ten consecutive years. In a previous role as Vice Chairman and CEO of TT-ELTA Mutual Funds, he successfully restructured the Asset Manager, paving the way for its seamless integration into the Eurobank Group. Earlier, as Head of Strategy & International Activities at Eurobank EFG AEDAK from 2004 to 2013, he spearheaded the development and promotion of investment products across key international markets, including Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Turkey. He also established and managed asset management subsidiaries in Luxembourg and Romania, serving as General Manager and a member of the Board of Directors. His earlier career included roles such as Risk Management Director at Interamerican Mutual Funds / F&C UK and Assistant Executive Director for Asset Management, M&A, and Strategy at Eureko-Achmea Group Holding in Paris and Amsterdam. Paving his career path as a Senior Equity Fund Manager at Interamerican Group Fund Management, he honed his expertise in portfolio management and investment strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with high honors from the Athens University of Economics and Business and has completed an Executive Leadership Diploma at London Business School and ALBA. A certified Portfolio Manager by the Capital Market Commission, he actively contributes to the financial sector as a panelist in different conferences and as an evaluator for the IoT Open Innovation Lab at Northeastern University in Boston.
