Konstantinos is a Certified Public Accountant, Partner & Head of Financial Services in Grant Thornton Greece and brings more than 10 years of experience.

As part of his career with Grant Thornton, Kostas developed a diversified experience, in audit and advisory service lines. During the course of his development, Kostas was involved in the audit of a variety of large cap listed groups and numerous non-listed clients operating across different industries.

Furthermore, Kostas has acted as project manager in major transaction projects such as M&A deals, debt restructurings, corporate transformations and special administrations.

In the banking sector, Kostas has led Grant Thornton's advisory team in the front-loaded corporate transformation/NPE securitization of a systemic bank, provided due diligence and valuation services to international funds regarding several portfolio sales transactions, advisory services in connection with the domestic Carve out transactions and performed credit file reviews regarding loan portfolios of systemic financial institutions. Finally, Kostas was one of the limited authors of the IFRS book published by Grant Thornton Greece.

He has a BA in Applied Accounting, Oxford Brookes University; he is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece and he holds the ACCA professional qualification and a CFA level III Candidate. A Greek native speaker, Konstantinos is a fluent English speaker with a very good knowledge of French.
