Jenny Bofinger-Schuster, Board Member, International Sustainability Standards Board

Ms. Jenny Bofinger-Schuster was appointed as a full-time member of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) effective December 1, 2022. Prior to joining the ISSB, she served in multiple senior management positions at Siemens. In her last role as Global Head for Sustainability and Operational Excellence, she was responsible for the company’s sustainability strategy and the implementation of new disclosure requirements. Additionally, she served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Mobility. Ms. Bofinger-Schuster is passionate about solving strategic challenges and ensuring that sustainability is an integral part of corporate decision-making. She began her career in strategy consulting and held senior positions at Siemens Management Consulting and Horváth Management Consulting. During her 12 years in consulting, she successfully addressed complex business challenges for clients across various industries worldwide. Ms. Bofinger-Schuster holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg and an MBA from the University of Dayton in Ohio.
