Bill Gallagher, Board Member AstroBank & Cenergy Holdings

Bill Gallagher teaches finance to graduate students at the London Campus of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris and formerly taught law at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus. Bill is also Director, Nomination and Remuneration Committee Chair and Audit Committee member of Cenergy Holdings (listed on Euronext Brussels) and a Director and Audit and Risk Committee member of Astrobank (Cyprus). Bill consults on transactions and governance through Dynamic Counsel. Previously Bill served in global executive roles in New York and London at UBS, Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse and was a lawyer at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York. Bill earned a degree in economics from Yale and law degrees from the Collège d’Europe (Bruges, Belgium) and the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor).
