Dr Andrea Ruotolo, Rockwell Automation, Global Head, Customer Sustainability / Digital / Responsible AI

Andrea is the Global Head of Customer Sustainability at Rockwell Automation. She leads innovation and digital transformation with a focus on Responsible Artificial Intelligence to drive industrial sustainability. Her work integrating Responsible AI within the ESG framework was recognized last year with three awards. In addition, Andrea serves as a Governor on the Global Council for Responsible AI (GCRAI), where she helps shape global leadership and collaboration around the ethical and impactful use of artificial intelligence. With nearly 20 years of global executive experience across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, Andrea has stood out as both an entrepreneur and intrapreneur in various industrial sectors. She is a Fulbright Scholar with a Ph.D. in sustainability, holds two master’s degrees, and is a recognized expert in Organizational Strategy for AI, with specializations from MIT and Harvard Business School.
