Kathryn Mintoft, EMEA Head of Sustainability and ESG, Citi

Kathryn Mintoft is Head of EMEA Sustainability and ESG at Citi, supporting Citi’s priority sustainability commitments and initiatives, including its $1 Trillion Sustainable Finance Goal and the development of Citi’s Net Zero Emissions by 2050 plan. She acts as an advisor on sustainability for the bank’s operations in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Kathryn has nineteen years of experience in sustainable banking including in both Sustainability Risk and Corporate Sustainability at Credit Suisse and Barclays. Kathryn is a former member of the Equator Principles Steering Committee.
