Carolyn Schuster-Woldan, Managing Director, Redington
Carolyn is a Managing Director in the Investment Consulting team at Redington. She has over twenty years of industry experience, of which the last three have been at Redington. Before joining Redington in 2019, Carolyn was a partner at LCP and has previously worked at Mercer (in both the consulting and fiduciary management team).
Carolyn advises large UK pension schemes on all aspects of investment, covering strategy, implementation and more recently sustainable investment alignment. She is a qualified actuary.
